DBK is ISO 9001:2008 recertified | Danish Emergency donedeal Communications
Danish Emergency Communications is ISO 9001:2008 donedeal certified and we have been since 25 February 2010. ISO 9001 certification standard covers requirements for quality management system in the company. A quality management system provides an overview of the company's work and business processes through written instructions and procedures. It is an effective system for monitoring and correcting the company's donedeal actions.
For DBK does ISO certification mainly because the company must meet very strict requirements in customer service. Among other things, provide certification specifically demand that a power user maximum must wait for 3 minutes before donedeal he serviced when he calls ITS Helpdesk. An ISO certified company must meet the requirements as ISO 9001 author. In order to ensure that the club continues to meet the requirements, the company regularly audited and recertified.
In late 2012 had DBK visit from Force Technolo who would be responsible for recertification. Both management and staff were audited over a period of two days. DBK consisted recertification, showing that we continue to meet the established quality assurance requirements.
