Summary 21 BPMB Workshop: BPM success factors | SAPERION Blog
After the summer break the BPMB initiative with workshops on the topic of business process management is back. This time the workshop was held at the colleagues idaho statesman of Camunda. The focal point was the success factors of BPM projects. This was followed by a lively exchange of project experiences of the participants from the banking, governance, IT Beratrung, process consulting and software vendor for BPM. From these conversations out the success factors for BPM projects (entire list from the workshop) were identified and prioritized. The fourth most important factors are as follows: Mandate: To carry out the approval or the authority of the project. Is the support from above not given, it may lead to conflicts of interest or resource problems. Fear and reservations: An important factor is the fear of employees and stakeholders regarding conservation of resources, or even the fear of new or modified tasks or task distributions. Conflicts idaho statesman of Interest: Where consent to projects not given, it may be conflicts between the stakeholders. Objectives: To set goals and milestones to drive the project forward and to overlook.
