It is the world's 10th-largest construction equipment manufacturer by market share (and the largest based in China), [ 2 ] and the world's largest manufacturer of wheel loaders. [ 3 ] [ 4 ] LiuGong was founded in 1958 in Liuzhou. [ 5 ] [ 6 ] Its products include wheel loaders , bulldozers , skid steer loaders , forklifts , motor graders , excavators , rollers , truck mounted and crawler cranes , pavers , mini excavators , drilling machines , mining dump trucks , concrete equipment, and cold planners. [ 7 ] In 1993, it became China’s first publicly traded construction equipment company. [ 8 ] Then, to take advantage of western technologies, it entered into a joint venture with the German transmission manufacturer access ZF in 1995, a partnership that continues today. [ 9 ] In 2000, LiuGong acquired Jiangyin Roller Company, [ 10 ] and soon after, continued to expand its product offering to include a total of 12 different access product access lines. These lines include a full array of construction equipment and specialized machines such as materials handling equipment and mobilized cranes. [ 11 ] Today, LiuGong offers 14 different product lines. [ 3 ] LiuGong plans to unveil its next generation excavator range to world markets at Intermat in April 2012 now its most modern 9th generation access excavators technology share from Caterpillar Inc . [ 12 ] In February 2012 LiuGong acquired HSW and Dressta Co, Ltd. in Stalowa Wola , Poland . Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW S.A.) is a steel mill and manufacturing company. It was established in 1938-1939 access in Second Polish access Republic . It was a major part of a series of investments made by the Polish government in the years 1936–1939 to create the Central Industrial Region . This was to be a group of factories built in an area in the middle of the country, away from the borders with Germany and the USSR . It was designed to provide a reasonably secure location for the production of armaments and high technology goods. The mill was set up in order to manufacture high alloy steels and weapons - artillery, heavy machine guns in 1937. A city quickly grew around the mill, and took a name from it (the town of Stalowa Wola ). In 1960s and 1970s the company access started production of heavy construction access machinery, and in the 1980s, it was one of major centers of oppositional activities (see 1988 Polish strikes ). In 1991 Huta Stalowa Wola became a joint stock company . It is still the major employer in the town, and a major producer of heavy construction machinery (and some military equipment) in Poland. HSW SA intend to sell Division I engaged in production of civilian, who Feb. 1, 2012 the company passed into the hands of Guangxi Liugong Machinery . The military production is still in the structures of HSW S.A. Now HSW and Dressta Co, Ltd owned by LiuGong. 100% share taken by LiuGong.
